The Weinstein Co. has formed a joint publishing venture with Perseus Books Group, two years after founding Weinstein Books.
The deal, announced Monday, calls for Perseus to handle all staff and publishing activities. First books to be published under the partnership will include “All Things at Once” by Mika Brzezinski, a memoir and beauty guide by Raquel Welch and “The Overnight Socialite” by Bridie Clark.
