We limit cash sponsorships up to $500 p/event p/sponsors. We limit cash sponsorships to just $500 p/event p/sponsor so that even the smallest company, entrepreneur and startup organizations can participate as full sponsors.

We also gratefully accept in-kind donations of refreshments/food, gift items/giveaways, advertising/marketing, a/v equipment, and venue sponsorships.
